You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Who handles refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
How to ask for a refund
Find your order at paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout and request a refund there, or reply to the receipt email from Paddle. You can also write to support@batteryguard.shop and we’ll arrange it with Paddle.
After a refund
Once the refund is made, your download link stops working.
After 14 days
After 14 days, a refund is at Paddle’s and our discretion. If, for example, BatteryGuard doesn’t run on your Mac, ask for a refund the same way.
